By Email: Download and print the form. Scan it and email it to us (including credit card info) at vworx@yahoo.com.

By Mail: Download and print the form. Mail the completed form with payment by money order, check, or credit card info to: Videoworx, 3710 Lakeside Drive, St. Joseph, MO 64503.

Or simply turn the completed form into us at the pageant registration. Please note that there is a deadline PRIOR to registration to qualify for any discounts.

DEADLINE TO ORDER:

Most all pageant DVD orders need to be placed PRIOR TO THE START OF FINALS COMPETITION.

We have a preset number of DVDs available and if we reach this number prior to the finals competition, then they will NOT be available once finals begins. It is VERY important that you order on time, as we cannot make exceptions.
